Sometimes successful, sometimes not. Matt Reeves directs the latest Planet of the Apes and brings us a new dimension. First, the CGI is so amazing. Today, CGI is so advanced that the Apes and people seem to be alive and so believable. Matt uses Dawn of the Planet of the Apes to reflect upon our current state of political affairs. I couldn’t help but think that ferocious Ape – Koba was like many Political leaders in the world today.
