Brian Websters letter is in the Star today. The blurring of Sheffield greenest city ie trees and greenery with green in terms of recycling etc is deliberately designed to make people think we are much better than we are. And that impression allows much needed improvements and initiatives to remain low down the list of priorities. And, looking wider, this will not be the greenest government ever - a very modest target in itself.
