It all spells the same: White educated hipsters and trust fund babies seeking to colonize new urban spaces, run out the natives, triple the cost of living, get married, then they move to the suburbs—thats the cliff notes version! Its all bullshit, depending who the focus population is. Black and ethnic folk = murder capital, poverty, generational poverty, dancing and Mardi Gras Indians as the subject focus; White folk = brainpower! creative class! social innovation! cultural preservation, kale, and not in my backyard as the subject. Go figure!
