Bring Back the Blue Drill Shirt - Brigade Roll Call ! OK, so we now have over 1300 Likes on this page. This shows to us that there are a lot more members/Brigades/Districts that support the Blue Drill Shirt as an important part of our RFS uniform than just our local District. Whether it be as uniform at Community Engagement events, as a utility shirt when working around the station, or as a suitable item of clothing to wear under your PPC at training activities or incidents, the Blue Drill Shirt meets all these needs. Whilst, at the beginning of this campaign, our primary aim was to seek the support of the RFSA to represent the volunteers views & seek approval from the RFS for the ongoing supply of a Blue Drill Shirt for us to purchase as an addirional item at OUR OWN EXPENSE, it is obvious from many of your remarks, that the free Yellow Utility Shirt that the RFS currently offers is not well supported by members across the State. The recent VFFA Media Release obviously goes much further than we initially intended to push (that is not a bad thing !). So, just to show the RFSA how strong the support is, if your brigade strongly supports the retention of the Blue Drill Shirt as an ongoing part of our RFS uniform, please add your brigade name in the comments section. And please continue to get your RFS friends on board..the more Likes, the greater our voice ! Cheers
