Bringing down the lease rate for Tsamdro being considered Deliberating on reinstating Tsamdro & Sokshing to individual owners as submitted by Thimphu and Lhuentse Dzongkhags, the House directed the Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry to look into the matter. The Minister for Agriculture informed that the ministry had already formulated management plan pertaining to Tsamdro and Sokshing which has been decided to be implemented within 2014-2015 financial year. He also informed that the ministry was working to bring down the lease rate of Tsamdro for the benefit of the people and further decisions would be taken subject to the directives of the Cabinet.
