Brittany Reynolds The picture on left was a year ago. The one on the right is today. You can tell by the first picture, I was not happy. I have battled anxiety and depression most of my life. I had trouble sleeping. I never had any energy to keep up with my 3 little ones. I always slouched. My self esteem level was a 0. I had IBS. I was at my heaviest point. 220 pounds. Struggling to squeeze into a size 20. And then, Plexus came into my life. You notice how all of those problems are past tense? Today, Im regular. I have no sleeping problems. I can play with my kids. I havent had a panic attack in a year. I generally feel healthier. Oh and the weight loss? Im now under 200 pounds and wear a 14/16 COMFORTABLY! I cant tell you how much Plexus has changed my life, but I can tell you, Im a lifer!
