Annoucer says 80 years old 3) BBC stated George W Bush Senior in Saudi Arabia – shows a film of George W Bush Junior 4) HLN morning news says” White House officials shocked Obama invited to India’s military parade”- really he was to be there for Republic Day festivities- 5) Any news service which has a schedule of times that are well publicized should keep to it and not have extended coverage for example of the late Saudi King’s burial – BBC 6) Congratulations to Al- JAZEERA –stick to the timetable no matter what 7) Al- Jazeera decided not to show the original video of the Japanese hostages being showcased with the ISIL fighter brandishing a knife. BBC showed it and so did NHK World. So what have we learnt not everything that is reported is fact and the media even today can manipulate our thought processes . Must be the pressure of technology that has got them not to pay greater attention to detail.
