Broke down and headed back to the chiropractor today. Pretty much said quit using the shoulder:-( yea as if thats an option! The muscles are so P/O and inflamed its making my arm numb from lack of blood flow. He worked on it for 20 min before it started to release a bit. I guess Ill use it till it dosent want to work any more them maybe ill just have to take the time off! On the expense of the people who wont listen!
