Brooks Babies - ARF! (Adopt, Rescue, Foster!) San Antonio, TX - Yet another STATE LAW - The City of San Antonio Animal CARE Services has broken! ACS believes they are above reproach. They kill daily, without remorse. They lie to the public about their BOGUS live release numbers (16.8% reduction in intake this year to get to an inflated PERCENTAGE in order to have a BS LIE regarding their self greatness). They kill innocent newborn puppies while their staff vet laughs at the pups last few seconds of life because it defecates in its unbroken birth sack. THIS IS THE REAL ANIMAL WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT A LIFE SERVICES in San Antonio, Texas. Just so you know, ACS has also NOT (as per STATE LAW) treated their BROOKS LOCATION for pest control. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??? Lets just say DOG X, comes into Brooks with ehrlichia...and lets just say one of those disease ticks STAYS at BROOKS just for giggles to TRANSMIT its disease state to the next lucky dog to be housed as DEAR DOG LOVING ACS/BDA BROOKS FACILITY WITHOUT a PEST PROGRAM (which since APRIL 23, 2012 ACS HAS NOT TREATED BROOKS FOR ANY PEST CONTROL DUE TO THEIR HEARTLESS INDIFFERENCE) so the disease can continue to spread. WAY TO GO ACS!!! Just another example of how you BREAK THE LAW DAILY and LIVE ABOVE IT...just to prove how LITTLE you actually care about the DOGS housed at BROOKS as well as your indifference to abiding by STATE LAW! Yes, you better damn well believe I filed a complaint with the STATE OF TEXAS. The fact ACS cares so little for their employees at Brooks and the dogs housed their is WRONG!
