Brothers and Sisters, The IATSEs Continuing Organizing Membership Education Training will be available to NYC IATSE members at at the Local #4 Union Hall, free of charge on Friday, February 6th. The instructor, Joseph Hartnett, is the IATSEs Assistant Director of Stagecraft, and the former Business Manager of Local #3. This training highlights the contributing factors to bargaining strength, and shows us through statistical and historical evidence the types of organizing strategies that stick. There will be two sessions on the 6th, one in the afternoon between 12pm-3pm and one in the evening between 4pm-7pm. If you are interested in attending please contact Nathan Honor at N.honor@yahoo.
