Bruises and scars eventually heal over time, but emotional and verbal wounds? . . . Words can sometimes cut deeper than the worst physical pain youve felt. You learn to eventually forgive, live with/learn from them and move forward. Ive had things said to me from the closest people in my life that I wouldnt wish on my worst enemy, but those same words that hurt me actually made me stronger, open my eyes and care more. Sometimes you have to love people from a distance and continue to pray for them. The tongue is something powerful. Be careful what you say to people out of anger because all the Im sorry(s) in the world can never reverse whats been said.
