Buck Pineaus last fight against Mike Vangelist.. Its hard to feel good about your fight if you lost, but its honestly surprising the amount of improvement I see in his fighting since he has been to Team Irish. There is no telling how the fight would have gone if he hadnt been pushed out of his comfort zone with some of their amazing grapplers! I watch this video and see MULTIPLE take downs stuffed and any ground work, Buck popped back up for some striking. That is SMART fighting !! Thats what improves you as a fighter! Staying on the ground with Mike, guarenteed you an armbar but you see what sticking to the game plan did for you for 90% of the rest of the fight. Mike Vangelist performed an outstanding armbar, but I feel like your fighting was outstanding in this as well Buck Norris! No one wants to stand with you!! Keep learning and keep training, your an amazing fighter whos going somewhere!
