Buhari has no School Certificate but; Went to Nigeria Defence Academy (NDA); Got enlisted into the Nigerian Army (NA) And had Foreign trainings; Became a General Officer Commanding (G.O.C.) in the NA; Became a Military Governor; Became a Minister of the FRN under Obasanjo Regime; Became a General in the Army; Became Head of State (as good as being a President); Headed Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF) which is as good as heading Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC); Contested Presidency 3 times before now,; A Pensioner with the Military Pensions Board; Yet an illiterate achieved all the above... How did he get into the Army? Was he not screened as PTF Chairman?; Please stop ridiculing the Army! And he was screened by INEC the 3 previous times?he contested?; Do stop ridiculing INEC; Kindly, stop ridiculing the Military Pensions Board and the Military in entirety. PROBLEMATICS: Can we say that: ; A retired Permanent Secretary with the Federal Civil Service Commission rose to that stage of his career without a Secondary School Certificate, thus, a Pensioner with the Pensions Board?, Did he/she not go to a University?, Was he/she not screened by the Pensions Board? Or, Someone whos either a DG of the Nigerian Law School (NLS) or a VC of a Federal University in Nigeria has no Secondary School Certificate or its Equivalents as required by law?; How did such person got into Service and rose to such Level?; Is there no body to screen such person (s)? Quite unfathomable, Id say Please dont be misled, confused or bamboozled by Jonathan, PDP ;their cohorts and some media outfits...
