Buharis Kinsmen Hold Prayer Session For Him In a bid to ensure that Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, wins next year’s election, latest reports informed that some kinsmen of the former Head of State have held a special prayer session for him. According to Daily Trust newspaper report online, the prayer session was held on Thursday in Daura, Katsina State. It was disclosed that the kinsmen of the retired army general thanked God and Nigerians for seeing the emergence of their son as APC’s flag bearer. Speaking under the umbrella of Unified Association of Daura Emirate, the group urged Nigerians to continue to support Buhari by voting him at next year’s polls. Alhaji Kabir Salisu Daura, who is spokesman of the group, described Buhari as a detribalised Nigerian capable of evolving a unified country that Nigerians could be proud of. He said Nigerian electorates must vote with an open conscience by doing away with ethnic, tribal and religious sentiments. The Dan Majen of Daura described Buhari as an epitome of wisdom, courage and selflessness. Also, Chairman of Buhari SAK, Saminu Matsigawa and a woman leader Hafsat Sayyada, eulogised Buhari, urging Nigerians to continue to trust him. It would be recalled that the former Head of State became the presidential flag bearer of the APC at the party’s presidential primaries held in Lagos two weeks ago.
