Build your bodys core strength and posture! After the intensity of Bootcamp we have now decided to offer to FREE Fitness Pilates for the last four weeks of term, a combination of fitness and relaxation. By coming to Fitness Pilates youll increase your muscular balance and strength and improve your posture. There is no need to book this event, just turn up! These classes will be taking place in Park Room every Tuesday, we have a limited supply of mats but you are more than welcome to bring your own mats. STARTS TUESDAY 26th NOVEMBER!!
