Bummer update// Pain has been bad the last few days, cant sleep for long periods of time. I worry that its because I have been more active playing drums, causing more build up in my system. This is called Dercums Disease. I live with this pain every day, and try to not talk about it too much. Please try to keep it in mind if I am ever short with you, I am living in constant pain and a stress that I have an incurable disease. Its something Ive dealt with since high school, and something others wouldnt really be able to know about unless I talk about it, or see a few bumps that are visible. If you would like to learn more about it, this is a good video that helps explain. Its 20 minutes that should be cut down to ten, but it can help explain the hopelessness that can come along with having this. Sometimes it isnt as bad, lately it has come back to remind me how bad it can get. The kinds words from friends and family help a lot. Just raising awareness a little helps me feel better.
