This is a business development opportunity with excellent prospects and training available for the right person. Essential Criteria - able to communicate with colleagues and customers - work as part of a team - can prioritise own workload - able to plan and organise - able to work on own initiative and meet deadlines Duties to include: - Encourage and participate in effective account management - Answer the telephone and develop relationships. - Sell products over the phone to established contacts, no cold calling involved - Provide potential and existing customers with the highest level of service - Deal with enquiries from customers in a professional manner - Check and record invoices, delivery notes, returns, etc. This is an apprenticeship vacancy, with Government funding available to those aged 16-24. Full training is provided and you will work towards an Intermediate Apprenticeship Diploma in Trade Business Services, Functional Skills in Maths and English and a Trade Business Certificate. 6 week paid trial period at the start of the contract.
