Business Manager-HARARE $ Negotiable Our Client has the largest LPG - Liquid Petroleum Gas or Propane infrastructure in Zimbabwe. The company sells in excess of 6 000 tones of LPG annually through its Commercial and Retail client base. The LPG Business Manager reports to the LPG Manager and is responsible for identifying opportunities Ensure customers are issued with the correct LPG specifications Responsible for all LPG design an implementation of bulk projects in liaison with the LPG Engineer Assist in the investigation and advise on remedial procedures on all LPG complaints emanating from the customers. Advise on the corrective actions necessary to prevent the recurrence of product and customer quality complaints Be responsible for updating the Company product guides, schedule of product recommendation charts and promotional literature Co-ordinate with Plant to ensure it is geared to provide value added service to customers in addition to its normal quality control responsibility Organise/conduct seminars and in-house product knowledge courses for staff and customers. Encourage and convert customers to use LPG as alternative fuel Provide Technical support to all LPG Customers. Implement LPG strategy as directed by the LPG Manager Coordinate with Supply to ensure continuity of supply in all our depots. KEY SKILL At least five years postgraduate experience in a similar environment, with good analytical skills, experience in the design of LPG installations for industrial application KEY QUALIFICATION A Business Studies Diploma from a recognised Institute supported by a professional business qualification, e.g IMM or an Engineering Degree from a recognized University.
