PENDING SALE - Church Hilll - Excited for this Pre-Sale Renovation for a great Friend and Buyer. This house is going to be beautiful when completed mid December. Im quite jealous. Does your agent have the INSIDE SCOOP?! 3. CLOSING - Eastern Henrico 3/1 Ranch. Same Seller/Investor as Roxshire and the renovations have already started... more to come! Under $120K!! 1400sqft and screened porch. 4. PROGRESS - in Montpelier - on track to close mid December.
