Busy day! A trip to the farmers market then put up 1and 1/2 gal. of wax beans and 4 doz. ears of corn. Plus dehydrating 3 mangos and a pineapple. Stewed tomatoes tomorrow. Then off to Rincon for dinner and Arbuckle fried pies for Ma Crow and The Lady Slippers and desert. Larry Zimmerman is out workin like a dog to edge the driveway. Summer is too much work!!! We have so darn many irons in the fire. Even had to hire Ian Klausing to help us get the place ship shape. I am grateful beyond all words for the bounty in my life.
