Busy day today. Woke early and were in the Porkies before 8...to clouds and fog and light raining falling. Did see deer, turkeys, and something which Mike and I decided was a very quick glimpse of a fleeing BOBCAT! Not a good morning for the Porkies at all. Ride around Lake Gogobic was beautiful and that area had a lot more color than anywhere else in the UP that we have been over the past three days. Iron River. Iron Mountain. NORWAY...and eventually to Garden and the Historic Town of Fayette. BEAUTIFUL ...have never been out on the Garden Peninsula before and it was wonderful. Deer and turkeys everywhere. Wonderful WALLEYE Dinner at a local rest. out near the point. Currently in Manistique....not sure what tomorrow will bring!
