But,but But I thought Justice Kennedy declared his opinion was based upon the rights of States under our Federal Constitution/system to define "marriage" The ENEMY of our Constitution and way of life the anti-religious, hostile Communists and Queers of the ACLU rely on a people stripped of the founding principles of Religion (Christianity) Joseph Story published that when the First Amendment was adopted "the general if not universal sentiment in America was that Christianity ought be encouraged by the State...." and fundamental law twice passed as the Northwest Ordinance Article III -Religion,Morality and Knowledge being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind," Our national Morality was established on the Moral ethic reflected in Scriptures. Marriage was instituted by God as the legal union of a man and a woman in Genesis 1:27,and 2:24; By Christ as reflected in Mark 10: and Matthew 19: (the first dozen verses of both Gospel accounts) and by the Apostle Paul ! Corinthians chapter 6:--And under American Law (when we were a Religious and Moral people --a Constitutional Republic of Laws applicable to all) until about 2003 when Mass. violated both Law and Reason to accommodate the Reprobate. Now some 31 States have acted most of them after 2003 to elevate the legal defense of Marriage to Constitutional status-to remove such from the divided and questionable Court activism. The ACLU does NOT represent nor defend the Constitution of the United States.Every "marriage" ceremony I have been either witness to-- or a Party in was based upon the Biblical/Religious model. IT makes No difference what ANY Court declares --Marriage is the legal union of a man and a woman in the Holy estate of Matrimony I will NOT recognize any other relationship as"marriage" for it will harm Children --and will harm this Nation.For Our Constitution was made ONLY for a Moral and Religious people it is wholly inadequate for the government of any other.As resident John Adams so rightly said.
