By mutual agreement i have taken a lay-off from the dealership i was working at. Things have been extremely slow as of late and i was unhappy with the way management was trying to rectify things. I have an old saying that you never leave your best stallions in the barn when your in a tight race, We had a great team when things were left to us to handle without outside interference, Which is what we constantly got . Things have been slow in used cars for the last few months and not just us. But i guess it easier to blame your used car dept then look in the mirror and take some blame for yourselves,, so be it,,Not my name on the sign and i do wish them well..Im going to take a well needed break for a while then probably find a store that needs a REAL special finance person or more then likely, Go back doing what i always enjoyed doing and where i learned the business, On the road...If anyone does need a vehicle i can still help as i have many sources.. just let me know....
