By popular request, the dancing guard at Buckingham Palace who has become an internet sensation. The Queen was in Scotland when he put on his impromptu show, and she is normally a stickler for comportment in her armed services. The Queen has an eagle eye, possibly better than 15 eagles, one of her advisers told me, describing her inspections of the troops when she can spot a man moving his fingers on his rifle or standing out of position. But she also has a great sense of humor, and I suspect she would have smiled at this whimsical marching, knowing the pleasure her mischievous guardsman gave to the crowd behind the palace railing.
