By the time the World gets on board with honestly dealing with the causes of climate change, it will be too late. We cannot just sit around and be reactive. We should have been taking proactive measures YESTERDAY. The Colorado basically makes modern life possible in seven western states by providing water for some 40 million people and irrigating 4 million acres of crops.
