CALL FOR PARTNERS The multilateral training course Creative Approaches For Employability will take place in Hotel Kristal Palas, in Prilep, Macedonia, from 13.10. to 21.10.2014. Youth association Info front - Prilep will be the host and organiser of the project. The theme of this project is finding creative approaches for employability for improving the situation for unemployed young people. The concept of this project came from the current situation of the high percentage of youth unemployment on general European level. It gives the young people vast spectrum of opportunities for employment and earning whilst lowering or eliminating investments of any kind. The objectives are: -to realise and improve young peoples self-image, preferences, self-confidence and to validate own capacity, knowledge, experience and skills; -to help young people find the personal interests, to develop, realise and promote a concrete business idea; -to empower young people and youth workers to take active role in the youth policy making in their own society and future Europe; -to promote the idea of creating virtual labour market using the possibilities of web 2.0 and cloud servers; -to find solutions that help the youth workers to overcome the difficulties in working with unmotivated youth; -to promote youth mobility and the possibilities that European Commission offers trough the new Erasmus+ Programme. During the 7 working days project, 27 youth workers from 9 countries will be actively involved in the non-formal learning through interactive workshops and lectures, which can provide them with new tools and skills for stimulating youth for mobility and to take part in new labour market, thus decreasing the youth unemployment. The activities foreseen in the project are: - team building workshops; - interactive lectures on working online and web 2.0; - Discussions, debates, brainstorming, interactive presentations; - Loesje creative writing workshops, using the method created by Loesje International; - reflection groups- open space workshop, in which the participants will reflect on learning experiences and outcomes; - evaluation and follow-up discussions. The expected results are that the youth workers will learn how to start a business and will pass on this gained knowledge to their own target groups in their own environment. With the multiplier effect of the results we expect decreasing the number of unemployed young people as a long term benefit.
