Please remember to print TWO copies of your completed registration (receipt). One for your records and one to be submitted during in person sign ups. Any NEW PLAYERS must have proof of residence, copy of birth certificate and payment at time of registration or they will not be able to sign up. (Note: Proof of residency is required to make sure every child is playing in the correct district. If you are unsure which district your child should play in visit boundaries.utefootball.org/) ONLY Cash and Credit Card payments will be accepted. Please keep a copy of all receipts for your records. If payment arrangements are needed you can contact or you need a scholarship for your child(ren) please email westlittleleaguefootball@yahoo for a form to fill out. We also have a letter if you are able to get someone to sponsor or donate to your child(ren) for this football season they will need to contact us at westlittleleaguefootball@yahoo or rabercrombie@hbmcpas to make financial arrangements on that.
