CBS Philly talk radio host discussing #phillyhatecrime on his show delivered this gem (sarcasm) of a quote: ...this is a miniature version of what happened in Ferguson, Missouri, a media driven story trying to make so much more out of it than is real. That these guys were gay means not one thing. Two men were beaten and hospitalized, matters. Who did it, matters. But it happens every day, all the time. But this had to be special because these men were gay. And I reject it. Because us minorities always make such a big deal about everything! We need to just shut up and go back to being oppressed, right? In addition to saying that #phillyhatecrime victims were skipping down the street (Oh, I get it, because theyre gay, right?! SO FUNNY.), note the tone he uses when he says But this had to be special because these men were gay, like please, tell us how you really feel, sir.
