CCM HERDING DAY SAT. AUG. 10th, 2013!!! Potluck & Meeting around 12:30PM. Herding Instinct Test in AM; Run-throughs in PM. When: Saturday, August 10th, 2013 from 9AM to 5PM Where: JoAnna Yund’s Training Camp in Chisago City, MN. 25087 Morgan Ave., Chisago City, MN 55013-9745 1. Please bring a beverage, lawn chair and a food item to share. 2. Dogs being tested must do the test before run-throughs. If you are planning to have your dog tested please arrive early. 3. Please pre-register for herding by completing the bottom of this sheet & sending it to Lois Walton with your check. Members’ cost is $20/dog if you wish to have your dog’s herding instinct tested; otherwise it is $15/dog for a run-through. Nonmembers cost is $5 more for each activity. Renew your CCM membership or join & save! An associate membership in CCM is only $10! We will have membership & renewal forms available. 4. If your dog passes the herding instinct test, there will be an additional charge to register with the Collie Club of America of $5 for members & $10 for nonmembers. You will each be responsible for sending in your own form. 5. Please bring your dog’s registration information with you the day of the test. 6. There is a limit of 30 dogs (first come, first serve) so sign up early! If you aren’t able to sign up early you can do it after you arrive. 7. From the intersection of MN Hwy 97 and Washington County 15, go east for 1.3 miles, turn left on Lofton Ave. N. for 2.8 miles, turn right on 238th St. N. for 1.1 miles, turn left on Morgan for 1.3 miles. This intersection can be found by going north on I-35 to Hwy 97 east OR north from Hwy 36 on Cty 15 (Manning) for 12.4 miles, turn right on Hwy 97 (Scandia Tr. N.) You can email Lois Walton to preregister for the event. This helps us know how many to expect & gets you signed up earlier on the sheet. Just remember to bring cash/check for your entry/entries.
