CCS Disability Action are encouraging applications from people with disabilities who require support to access supported employment opportunities. Criteria for referral to the CCS Disability Action Supported Employment Service is: * Client must be aged between 16 & 65 * Legally able to work in New Zealand * Has a disability (ies) that is/are likely to continue for a minimum of six months and presents a barrier to employment and requires support to address this barrier We are UNABLE to assist in the case of: * A person still enrolled at school (although we also have a transition services which we may refer too). * The client is receiving ACC support * When a persons vocational services are provided for through the Ministry of Health as a consequence of de-institutionalisation.
