CFBH News: - Welcome Emily to the ranks of Coach @ CFBH! Emily Strebel, common 6PM WOD participant at CFBH for the past two months, is CrossFit Level 1 Certified and will be assisting Mike and Caleb and soon will be handling some solo WODs. As many of you have seen, Emily is an excellent CFer and shares the same standards and principles of CrossFit movements as Caleb and Mike. - The CFBH 2013 Holiday Party is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, December 21st. We are thinking 7PM, bring a Paleo or Party-friendly dish, CFBH provides the beverages. There will be NO WOD! Its a great non-intense way to meet fellow athletes from different classes. There will be a sign-up sheet at the box for attendance and what you might bring. - October 22nd will be our 6 month anniversary! We are so proud of CFBH and even more of our athletes!
