CFL bulb follow-up. GE got a bunch of stimulus funds. GE used said funds to build 13 plants in CHINA to make CFLs. EPA in the US makes it unlawful to use mercury (Hg) in the US in the manufacturing of any light bulb. China is now the sole supplier. US then makes 100 watt then 60 watt incandescent bulbs unlawful placing demand of CFLs under the guise of good for the environment. CFLs dont last nearly as long as advertised and contain mercury. It takes 2,700 CFL replacement to equal the amount of electricity used to charge one electric car. GE contributes greatly to liberal causes..... We have been fooled.
