CFO; For a leading international manufacturing Company Main Purpose: Lead and direct all activities related to all financial and accounting activities and ensure the application of the rules regulating all financial activities and achieve financial results, while insuring full compliance with the overall strategic direction of the company. Main Responsibilities: 1- Participate in development of the overall strategy of the company goals, and longer plans and objectives for financial Department, according to the companys strategic plans. 2- Review and adopt financial policies and accounting procedures to ensure compliance with the principles of accounting and generally accepted rules, and make sure to apply a permanent basis. 3- Ensure good cash flow management to ensure adequate liquidity and taking into account the precautionary measures for unexpected situations, and make sure to collect all revenue owed to the company in a timely manner. 4- Review and adopt budgets for all company departments, and ensure the implementation of the budgets approved and adopted the required expenses accordingly, and monitors and controls any deviations. 5- Make sure to adjust the bank accounts and tracks balances, and acts as a financial advisor to management in the case study any new investments. 6- Ensure the efficiency and performance of the activities of financial audits, and review the results of the audit reports, including the Notes, and ensure the implementation of all the necessary recommendations in a timely manner. Job Requirements : • Bsc. of Commerce, Accounting Major, preferable hold Professional Certified, CMA or CPA or MBA costing and finance. • Good Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including IFRS. • Excellent proficiency in English language. • 12 - 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment. • Exposure to ERP systems, especially ORACLE is advantageous.
