A few years ago at the special olympics in Seattle, nine disabled contestants, all physically or mentally challenged, assembled at the starting line for the one hundred metres dash. At the sound of the gun, they all took off , not exactly in a dash, but with relish to finish the race and win. All, that is took off, except one boy who stumbled on the asphalt, tumbled over a couple of times and began to cry. The eight other runners heard him. They slowed down and pause. Then they all turned around and went back, every one of them. One girl with downs syndrome bent, kissed him and said, This will make it better. Then all nine linked arms and walked together to the finish line. Everyone in the stadium stood, some with tears in their eyes, cheering the great nine for more than ten minutes. Beloved understand that the measure of your life is not in the duration but in the donation. Methuselah live for nine hundred and sixty-nine years and his only achievement was that he gave birth to children. I believe the other years he was busy trying to make a living at the expense of others but Jesus lived only for 33 years and in the midst of that operated for only for 3 years and the world cant forget him because of his donation to mankind. Mandela was not the richest man when he was alive but even the richest men did all things just to meet him. Dont just make a living by what you get, make a life by what you give. At the end of your life, your wealths will not follow you, but if you die as a christian, there is stored up for you a reward on how you imparted lives.
