CHECK AND BALANCE METHOD OF LAW July 9, 2014 at 4:41am Who can be the supreme authority to say what is correct law and what is right and wrong in terms of law? Body which is fully learned and trained in law called Judiciary or Legislature housed by peoples representatives who are not required to be qualified in law or Executive formed out of such Legislature? If Judiciary interprets law made by Legislature contrary to the intention of Legislature, the Legislature is empowered by Nations Constitution to make its intention clear by amendment in law including constitutional amendment and this is how democratic government works by check and balance method of law. -Adv.B.S.More
