CHICKEN 65 Ingredients: Chicken ½ kg (bonelegss) Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 Tblsp Red pepper 1 Tbsp (crushed) Black pepper 1 tbsp (crushed) Corn flour 2 tbsp 1 Egg Beaten Red color as required Salt ½ tsp Oil for frying For Masala: Yogurt 1 Cup Few Curry leaves Green chilies 2-3 (cut lengthwise) Red Pepper ½ tsp (Crushed) Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Tomatoes Ketchup 2 Tblsp Pinch Of Cumin Seeds Mustard Seeds 1/2 Tsp Red Colour As Required Salt To Taste Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp Cumin Powder 1 Tsp Few Spring Onion (For Garnish) Cooking Directions: Marinate boneless chicken with Corn Flour,Beaten Egg, Red color, Crushed Red Peppers,Crusehd Black Pepper and Salt Mix well and keep aside for 2 Hours Or Up to Over Night. Heat oil for deep frying in a deep pan. Lower the flame and add in the chicken peices slowly. Deep fry on low flame till its turn golden in colour. Remove and set aside Take another pan add 2-3 Tblsp Oil, add cumin seeds, Mustard Seeds, curry leaves and let them splutter. Add ginger garlic paste. Now add Crushed Red Peppers, also add yogurt and Tomatoe Ketchup, Mix well and throw in the fried chicken peices. Mix them well so that the peices coat nicely. Lastly add green chilies, Garam Masala Powder and Cumin Powder. Cook till all masala is abaorbed fully. Garnish With Spring Onion. Serve Hot With Naan 😊
