CHILD ACTORS/ROLES 1. Sean Nelson - Fresh This might be the greatest child performance ever laid down on film. This movie is crazy underrated. 2. Bobbe J. Thompson - Role Models The guys from the State made this. Its also pretty underrated. This kid kills it. He outshines the always funny Paul Rudd. 3. Danny Lloyd - the Shining REDRUM. This kid still scares the crap out of me. 4. Patrick Renna - the Sandlot Fat loudmouth. I can relate. Great timing, great role. I actually Wikipediad him and the movie because I thought he might be a bit old. He was 16 when this came out. Im counting it. 5. Natalie Portman - the Professional She holds her own against Jean Reno and a particularly over the top Gary Oldman. 6. Linda Blair - the Exorcist Cmon. So horrifying. I dont know what else to say about her role in this. Gave me nightmares for eternity. 7. River Phoenix - Stand By Me I could really put every kid from this movie on the list, but I feel a child actor list would be incomplete without Phoenix. Great ensemble of teen actors. 8. Christian Bale - Empire of the Sun This 12 year old would later have to return some videotapes... 9. Drew Barrymore - E.T. I dont know what happened to little Elliot, but Drew Barrymore is in that new shitty looking Adam Sandler movie, so she should get a new manager or something. 10. Chloë Grace Moretz - Kick-Ass A lot of controversy over this role. I thought she did great. People need to shut up.
