CHILLS radiating through me as I listen to this. I was literally just talking to a pregnant mother about control and trust coming up in birth. I just gave a presentation about this exact topic, and Im hearing the same message from this researcher that I have arrived at through life experience. We are always giving birth to ourselves. In every thought and experience. Labor is not easy! The pain serves a purpose: it catches our attention and hooks us in to bringing our awareness to our own unconsciousness. The choice is there: do I fear the darkness or will I courageously walk into the unknown now, trusting... We are progressing in labor as the cervix opens. As we literally open ourselves up to be vulnerable we allow the most precious life essence seeking to express itself to SHOW UP into being! The biggest message I want to share is this: JUST as a laboring mother is in a vulnerable state, SO ARE all of us on this journey called consciousness experiencing itself as our lives. OUR lives. Not just me, not just you, ALL of us. We are in our own dream and we are here with these bodies as instruments to deliver truth. If you are not able to help others, dont be a spectator on the sidelines of their laboring, and dont criticize or project your own fears on them.If you can help yourself, know that your emotions are like clouds in a windy sky. Anchor with your breath and be so grateful: this is temporary. THISvvvvvv
