CHINESE PREMIER URGES NEW HIGHLIGHTS IN COOPERATION WITH KAZAKHSTAN --------------------------------------------------------- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said China and Kazakhstan need to explore new growth areas and bright spots in cooperation. Li, in Astana for an official visit to Kazakhstan and a prime ministers meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, made the remark when meeting Kazakh President. Li said the development philosophies of China and Kazakhstan fit that of each other, hailing the depth and scope of bilateral cooperation as well as its significance. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang arrived in Kazakhstan on Sunday to pay an official visit to the country and attend the 13th prime ministers meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
