CHS Orchestra Concert It was easy to see why the Chesnee High Orchestra has won 12 consecutive Superior ratings at the SCMEA Concert Festival; their concert Tuesday evening was filled with exciting sound and light! Especially enjoyable was that the music chosen included selections from Cold Play, Journey, Elton John, Led Zeppelin, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Green Day and Whitney Houston. The Beatles’ Eleanor Rigby was my personal favorite. Conductor Tammie Burrows and her students were simply awesome. Enjoy the attached 30-second clip.
