CIA NSA OPERATIVES DOING EVERYTHING IN THEIR CONSIDERABLE POWER TO STOP OHIO BWC PLACING ME BACK ON DISABILITY BECAUSE THEY KNOW AS SOON AS I HAVE THE MONEY I WILL FLEE BACK INTO CUBA AND THAT THEY WISH TO STOP AT ALL COSTS WHICH IS THE REASON THEY BLOCKED MY CREDIT CARD AT THE MANAGUA NICARAGUA AIRPORT ON MARCH 4 2014 AS I WAS FLEEING TO CUBA TO FORCE ME TO EXPEND THE LAST AMOUNT OF CASH I HAD ON HAND CIA NSA OPERATIVES COMMTIING WHAT IS KNOWN AS MEDICAL COINTELPRO CIA is caught in secret audio recording committing felony obstruction of justice using FBI Informant Joseph Wilson of New Orleans. CIA and FBI had no idea they were being secretly recorded. Now they are manipulating medical treatment to prevent corroboration of my injuries so that I cannot prove what they are doing to me. Doctor said he would treat me and then said no after being strong-armed by CIA. CIA is trying to prevent doctor from diagnosing me in a way that will make the previous doctor they used against me left liable for their wrongful diagnosis. The last appointment with this doctor was stopped by CIA seconds after I asked doctor to fill out paperwork so I could get treatment. Meaning they are recording and monitoring my medical visits so they can corrupt the medical in real time. Nurse is trying to force me to see psychiatric professional before I can receive medical care for my injuries which is a tactic of the CIA to destroy my credibility and to prevent me from forcing doctor to carry through with his promises to treat me.
