CIMG CORE VALUES Did you know that we have identified six Core Values that help define who we are as a company? They are: People, Creativity, Integrity, Motivation, Growth and Commitment. We believe the CIMG Core Values will help us deliver on our CIMG PROMISE of setting the ‘Gold Standard’ in pediatric care and services. We have recently completed our CIMG Core Value rollout and training to all 15 CIMG clinics and our home office staff. Part of the training included an exercise of having each office design their own ‘Core Value’ board. CIMG’s team members voted on the top design, and CIMG Walker was the winner!
