CINDERELLA’S CLOSET Donations are currently being accepted. Drop off at Badger High School’s main office. We are looking for gently-used dresses in variety of sizes petite to plus sizes. Donations of accessories are also welcomed. When: April 14-17, 2014, 2:45-5:45pm The Badger High Family and Consumer Science Education Department with the Clothing 2 class will help make dreams come true for modern-day Cinderella’s at the first annual “Cinderella’s Closet” event ~ a fun formal-wear boutique where high school girls can “shop” for dresses and accessories that a girl might need for prom. A $15 rental fee is collected to cover the cost of dry cleaning when the dress is returned. Who: To be eligible for entry: Girls with a current Badger High School student ID. How: Personal shoppers will assist the girls in making a selection from beautiful dresses The dresses range from petites to plus sizes. During the boutique hours the students will be able to try on dresses. Once a dress is chosen, the dress will be reserved. They can also select accessories to make their outfits complete. They will receive a receipt to present to retrieve the prom dress. Where: The Boutique will be held in the former Educators Credit Union at Badger High School. On April 23rd, 24th, or 25th the student will present their receipt so that they can pick up the reserved dress and accessories. The dresses then can be returned at Badger High School to the boutique the week of April 29-May 2, 2014 between 2:45-5:45pm.
