CLARITY ON THE ONGOING CASE ON EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION TO THE OROK-KITENG CLAN IN KAJIDO WEST BY THE KAJIADO COUNTY GOVERNMENT AND THE MISCONDUCT OF TJE COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD AND SOME OF ITS MEMBERS: I have with all attention watched this debate about the #Orok-Kiteng# case take place on this particular page. l have keenly analyzed all kind of arguements and counter over the matter. l wish to state the following points over the matter:- 1. The Orok-Kiteng members in Kajiado West, particularly Ilkeekonyokie have had the pain of discrimination by the County adminstration being the both the Kajiado County Government and the legislature as much as the Public service board headed by one Mr. John Tentemo Ole Muyaki in employment of the County Government staff and County Assembly as well. 2. This group has been patient since the formation of the County Government hoping to be counted by their leaders in power which has resulted to be an injustice following neglection and serious discrimination. 3. This group is independently seeking redress and justices in the lands courts and that its not a political tool being used by either of the politicians as is being puported and peddled in the social media. 4. The petition before the honourable Court is genuine, justified and in good faith. 5. Orok-Kiteng has no relation with the presiding has no relationship with the presiding judge as alledged by some people on this page. 6. The Orok-kiteng petitioners are Kajiado County residents of good will who feel short-changed and their rights deprived through open discrimination on employment opportunities. 7. Finally lets not debate on a case whose verdict is yet to be delivered. Lets give the courts to its due respect until they rule on the matter. This yapping will not help any body. With this remarks i wish to quote Martin Luther King Jr. When he said; Oppression by the white is equal to oppression by the black, and i hate them both. Over the years especially in the larger Kajiado North when the Late Prof. George Saitoti (May his soul rest in peace) was in power we cried aloud that he was an oppressor and with all due respect to some extent there grave truths over the same and i hated so with passion. When he died our own son(s) took the mantle and today some of us are crying foul. This is oppression by the black and its equal to that by the White i hate it too. I rest my case.
