CMOs, BMOs transferred after two days of posting Journalist Fayaz Bukhari Srinagar, August 03: In brazen violations of transfer policy, the Health and Medical Education Department transferred seven officers of the Health Department prematurely in just two days of their posting. The Health and Medical Education Department in two separate orders (Order Nos. 446 and 447 HME of 2014 dated 28-07-2014) made 37 transfers. And after two days through another order (No. 450 HME of 2014 dated 31-07-2014), 17 more transfers were made in which seven Chief Medical Officers and Block Medical Officers were transferred after just 2 days of their posting. Dr Mehmooda Kar I/C CMO, Ganderbal was transferred (No. 446 dated 28-07-2014) and posted as I/C CMO Srinagar. Just after two days under another order (No. 450 HME of 2014 dated 31-07-2014) she was posted as I/C CMO Budgam. Dr Dildar Ahmad Mir I/C CMO, Srinagar was transferred (No. 446 dated 28-07-2014) and posted as I/C CMO Pulwama against available vacancy. Just after two days under another order (No. 450 HME of 2014 dated 31-07-2014) he was asked to continue as CMO, Srinagar. Dr G M Dar I/C CMO, Bandipora was transferred (No. 446 dated 28-07-2014) and posted as I/C CMO Baramulla against available vacancy. Just after two days under another order (No. 450 HME of 2014 dated 31-07-2014) he was asked to report to the Directorate of Health Services Kashmir till further orders. Dr Nighat Yasmeen Medical Officer AD Batmaloo was transferred (No. 447 dated 28-07-2014) and posted as DHO Budgam against Dr Nadeem who was asked to report to Directorate of Health Services for further posting. Just after two days under another order (No. 450 HME of 2014 dated 31-07-2014) Dr Nighat Yasmeen was asked to continue as Medical Officer AD Batmaloo. Dr Nadeem, DHO Budgam, was asked to report to Directorate of Health Services for further posting (No. 447 dated 28-07-2014) but under another order (No. 450 HME of 2014 dated 31-07-2014) he was asked to continue as DHO Budgam. Dr Abdul Karim, awaiting orders of adjustment, was posted (No. 446 dated 28-07-2014) as I/C Deputy Director (HQ), Directorate of Health Services Kashmir against available vacancy. In just two days under another order (No. 450 HME of 2014 dated 31-07-2014), he was given additional charge of CMO, Baramulla till further orders as I/C CMO Baramulla Dr G M Dar was transferred after two days of his posting. Dr Adil Kango, Medical Officer, DH Zawoora who was transferred (No. 447 dated 28-07-2014) and posted as Block Medical Officer (BMO) Zachaldara was again transferred (No. 450 HME of 2014 dated 31-07-2014) and posted as BMO Pattan in just two days. Dr Ashraf Mir, I/C BMO Trehgam was transferred (No. 447 dated 28-07-2014) and posted I/C BMO Soibugh. In just two days under another order (No. 450 HME of 2014 dated 31-07-2014) Dr Merajudin Sofi was posted as BMO Soibugh.
