CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator Working for an independent precision engineering business in Worcester, we are currently recruiting for a permanent and experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator. This role is easily accessible from Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Malvern and parts of Birmingham. Hours: Permanent 2pm -10pm Monday – Friday This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business, with further growth planned for 2013. This position would suit an apprentice trained engineer with expertise in CNC Machining, and the ability to develop programmes, set and operate the machines to produce both small batch and bespoke high-end products, using a variety of materials. Skills Required: • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator • Able to program 5 axis machining • Familiar working with 3D Cad package or similar • Experience of working within a low volume batch environment • Technical bias, with the ability to read from drawings and develop programmes • Flexible and adaptable to be able to complete tasks with accuracy • Proactive nature and keen to work within a small business and take responsibility for the role •Comfortable working permanent 2pm -10pm shift Monday – Friday, each week If you are an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, looking for long term career progression, please apply immediately.
