As far as restriction, is concerned no other country probably outnumber US. Right now if u get caught without driver license, u get handcuffed right away. Everyone knows that everwhere there are cameras in US. and Bush advocated for it. North Korea has just diferent way of security thats all. North Koreans are not freedom freak like people in US. Think about why people in US long for freedom while North Koreans dont. North Koreans are like 1000 tiimes freeer than people in US because the government protects them. North Koreans never insist on individual freedom like people in US do. They dont want these foreigners who can be potential danger move around everywhere.
