Stella is a 3 year old Weimaraner/Great Dane who is just a sad case of owner neglect. Stella weighs just 46 pounds!! This girl is a sweetheart and very loving outside of her cage but she needs a lot of TLC. The shelter is doing what they can for Stella but they can only do so much for her with almost 80 dogs!
