COMMERCE. CONTRACTS and LIABILITY. So, you want your sovereign rights, but you cant give up your de facto living standards. And most of the sheep out there are part of a Nation as Debt Servitude by way of the their voluntary removal of tax from their pay. But you need to interact with these sheep. And that is difficult to do without De Facto items, especially in Commerce. You want to start a business. You need to carry passengers around, so there are LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS that need to be followed, for the SAFETY and DUTY OF CARE of your passengers. You are a Sovereign, so you dont need a Licence. But to operate in Commerce, and to build up a sellable business when it comes to services that interact with the population. Unless you are going to Contract with each one of them, it is often easier to deal with defacto services. Although this means PAYING FOR THEM. A Licence in Law in Australia was always only meant for Commerce. And was not unreasonable to ensure your Bus, or Taxi driver was safe, honest and reliable. This still applies today. Some would say technically the Crown does not exist anymore, but, in my opinion the resale value of the business in a sheeple world trumps when it comes to interaction with the population. So you need a Licence, and your Endorsements to carry passengers. The police pull you over. Is your vehicle a Commercially Registered vehicle such as a Taxi, Bus or Hire Car. Yes. Then you are drivng a vehicle designated for Commerce, pull that licence out. And Conditionally accept all of the officers Contracts. You can deal with this in front of a judge later. Is your vehicle your own, and not really a vehicle as described by law. Do you consider yourself to be "travelling". Play your games with the officers to see how far you get. They all need some silent instruction at times, youll have your licence for presentation if things get heated, although you should never pull it out until that heated moment. De Facto vs De Jure. Are you an Instrument of Commerce. Playing Both Worlds is harder than just being a Sovereign Free Man on the Land. Freemen are just that. Not a Citizen, no registrations, licences, or anything. Just a man on the land with his belongings and the laws of contract to protect him. Being a Citizen from Birth or Citizenship, your Freedom is an UNKNOWN TO YOU, to play in both worlds, and have STANDING in your Nation World, means UNDERSTANDING. Who is Authority?
