COMMISSION ON MEDIA FOR EVANGELIZATION BELEN-MAKING CONTEST GUIDELINES 1. One entry per Kapilya 2. Free interpretation (no theme will be given) 3. The Belen should be made of indigenous materials. 4. Height should be 24 inches 5. The KPC officers should help each other in this endeavor since cooperation is part of the criteria for judging. KPC is not allowed to ask anyone who is not a member to do this in their behalf. 6. Kindly place a donation box for Yolanda survivors. 7. The Belen should be placed in each Kapilya starting December 16, 2013 until the Solemnity of the Epiphany. 8. The members of the CME with the panel of judges will visit each Kapilya on _______________ for the scoring/judging of the different entries. (date will be announced soon) 9. Interested KPCs should notify CME by texting 09159263778 on or before December 15, 2013. 10. Prizes for the 1st, 2nd,3rd placers: trophies, certificates and seedlings. Criteria for judging: Creativity -- 50% Teamwork of KPC officers— 30% Materials used ---- 20%
